Anyone actually tried using Tesla tire repair kit on their OEM 20" tires?

I read that there is an inner foam strip in the middle (for sound deadening) of the tire that prevents the sealant from sealing the hole. I have the long range 20" tire. Does this have the inner foam strip? Anyone have tried this on their OEM tires? Thanks! Photos taken from another thread

The OE Goodyear Eagle F1 tires have the sound deadening foam insert. You may be better off with a 12V tire inflator and a tire plug kit.
