Anyone else get NO RECEIPTS after picking up your vehicle

Got copies of all my paperwork. And got it online in my account in. Relatively short time

Manufacturer's Statement of Origin usually gets mailed to you 1-2 weeks after you get the car with all the paperwork you need for registration.

2 weeks since I purchased and I still haven't gotten anything mailed (email or physical). I checked my account online and nothing.

Like I said before, now you know why I distrust things about their process.. Very inconsistent.

I think the consensus is that they are trying to get away without giving you any physical paperwork, but if you demand hard copies and refuse to take the car without them, you'll get hard copies.

When did this start happening? I was given copies of everything. Whether I wanted them or not.

FYI, I received by email scanned copies of the signed MVPA docs (i.e. a real receipt) about 10 days after delivery... after I requested copies (which I would recommend every do if you don't get a real receipt at delivery).

I had them make copies of all papers they present me on delivery day. The ones they sent via email weeks later were different. Different figures, missing signatures, physically erased values replaced with different values, etc... Brought it up to Tesla multiple times and they told me to pack sand. I would always ask for copies at time of purchase.

by email to my SA... then called Tesla directly. Not sure which request was more effective...
