This is looking in the vent behind the steering wheel. The plastic "grid" diverges downward. Service said it is a "design characteristic".....IE within tolerance. It doesn't really bother me and I can only see it if the light is just right, but I believe it is widespread since they said the looked at other Model 3s on the lot and they all displayed this. Mine is in the 34,000 VIN range.
