anyone fit the Model 3 Uberturbines 20 in on their Model Y?

Square. You would need appropriate tires to be clear. Not sure if anyone has done it yet.

I think the 20 Uber square setup has 235/35/20 tires which would be super under the load rating needed for the MY. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please!

Probably best to just get the 20 inch inductions?

Again, you would need appropriate tires. The overall diameter of the tires that come on the 3 are far too small. However, the question was regarding wheel fitment, not tire fitment.

255/40/20 would fit nicely on the 20" Uberturbine's.

Yes, appropriate load rating and sizing on the tires.

Wouldn't worry about that at all. M3P and MYP are only 350lbs difference.

No. Model Y and Model 3 tires are absolutely, 100%, never interchangeable.

Wheels are often interchangeable… Then you need to put on the appropriate tires… size, load ratings, traction etc… those factors are all adjustable by the user.

looks great, i was thinking of doing the same thing, but with 265 40 20 wheels. How do you like the ride of the 45s? how is the range/ spedo?

Ride quality definitely improved.

As for speedo I don’t really notice. Range seems pretty good too at about 300wh/mi for a recent 60 mile trip that took about 56 min.

Confirming - you are running 255's? How is the straight down look @ the wheel arch - does it extend beyond? Any rubbing on full lock? Really interested in doing this to my Y

Correct, 255/45r20 square. No rubbing any time. Doesn’t extend beyond the wheel arch. I can take a pic shortly.
