We are vacationing in the Philippines (my wife is from here) and to say there's much to do here is a massive understatement.
In almost two weeks, I have visited one L2 charger and one DCFC. They weren't in use and were blocked off, but security could probably move the barriers.
The bigger problem is I haven't seen a single BEV or even a PHEV in the country during our visit. I've only seen one (non-plugin) hybrid as well. Diesel and gasoline are king here with little sign it's going to change anytime soon. And many of the vehicles, like the jeepneys are terribly polluting.
It's a sobering reminder of the progress that still needs to be made in the world at large.
