Mine came apart. Still works but impossible to remove from car without it separating.

    Possible to glue?

Just buy a new one - or is it stuck?

Is the car still under warranty? Tesla should replace it, give them a call. Either way it's good for them to keep track of failures.
I have a second one just in case something happens.

It would be better to replace it. Even if you can glue it with plastic welder or contact cement now water can get in.

You might be able to get @TonyWilliams to fix it. I believe he has had several umc's apart. Wouldnt be much of a stretch. Any pics of the adaptors internals since its already open?

Can you post a picture of where it failed? Is there enough of a seam to get some industrial 2-part epoxy in there?

They're not expensive. I'd get a new one, and maybe try JB weld on this one as emergency backup.
