Anyone has experience with Tesla’s Rockville MD body shop?

I just hit a deer with moderate damage to the front of the car. Does anyone have experience with the Rockville MD body shop operated by Tesla? Thank you for your help.

I’ve been to the service center repeatedly. No idea they had a body shop...

Yes one of 4 Tesla owned body shops in the whole country. But they have a 2 months wait.

What about Kenwood auto shop in Rockville MD? Anyone with experience there? Thx

Try Europros in Gaithersburg, they do good work. Fixed my S a couple times, have the shop full of Porsches and other high end vehicles.

They've had my car for more than 3 weeks for a bumper cover replacement. I've been trying to get a hold of them for the last few days to no avail. Frustrating that they're such a black hole. No responses to email and they don't answer the phone.

When they do communicate, Rick is quite friendly.

Well, if it's any indication, the used Model S which I got this week, and was processed at the Rockville MD body shop had two major safety issues (cracked glass, seat could only move forward) which they did not catch before shipping. My local service center had to correct these before delivery.

So Tesla body shop gave me December 28 as the earliest date they can accept the car. I ended up dropping it at Kenwood auto shop in Rockville MD (very close to the Tesla body shop). I’ll post an update when done.
