Anyone have experience with taptes seat covers?

I just bought the full set Nappa leather from TapTes, but trying to search this forum I can only find 2 people who recommend them and they are both blocked members.

Have anyone else bought these, and what are your experiences with them?

They look super nice! I would trust the company. I communicated with them a lot when I had wireless charger issues. Good company. Only question was if the seams would be ok for the airbags.

Do not buy, this is company is a scam!
It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything from them. Tried chatting but they're always offline, saying they'll send me an email as soon as possible but never happens.

Yes, I ordered and paid $ 439,99 for 2 Leather Seat Cover for my model X on 30/09/2020. But here on 06/02/2021 the order is not delivered.
I have canceled the order but TAPTES is not responding.
