Anyone having problems with service requests through the app?

I have tried a couple of times to get a service appt. I go through the app, make the request and it says that I will be contacted within 2 hours. But nothing ever happens. Is it possible that I missed a response from them and my request times out and is deleted?

Never had issues with service appointments using the app. Today I conversed in the app about parts delaying my previous appointment, within hours they responded and we had several exchanges.

Make sure to close the app after you hit submit. If the app is still open it won’t update with replies from service. Found that out the hard way.
