Prior screen replacement and LTE upgrade I was getting every update, but since I did those changes (end of August) I didn't get a single update. No V10 obviously, no other small updates.
I did reset my MCU twice and have strong WIFI connection but still nothing. Tried to make an appointment with a local SC both got canceled because my hardware is down the list for any updates.
Contacted tesla customer service got the same reply.
How come my neighbor's 12 MS got all the updates, even the latest ones from a week ago I believe....
