The titanium plate retro fit has been out for a while now.
Does anyone have any stories of hitting something on the road and having success or failure with the titanium plate?

I know tesla was pretty unlucky to have all though fires or even hit anything on the road, but still curious to see if anyone has hit something with the plate installed.

If that shield were failing you would surely have read about it by now. Lots.
Have you seen the video running over that trailer hitch, an alternator, and a concrete block?
    It is a good fix.
