Anyone know how many Signiture Red X's there are out there?

I'd guess there are only 500-1000. No way there's more than that.

The universe of possible SIgnature Red Model S cars is 1200 (1000 U.S. Sigs and 200 Cdn Sigs). Actually, I don't know if Sigs were offered in other markets, but I think not. There were three colors offered -- pearl white, black and Sig red. My observations over four years is that most are NOT red. So I would guess that something in the range of 400-500 SIg red cars exist -- probably fewer.

Yes, signature was also in Europe. I got it in Signature Red. So number five from Finland!
