Anyone know what this icon means?

Sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn’t? The little 3 next to the amperage.

I wondered if that’s what it meant. Wife is plugged in at her works parking garage. Huge hospital.

It's the on-board charger that is reporting 3-phase power. If you have a North American Tesla, it's a bug because the car's inlet is only single phase. I've heard of this bug appearing before, but I'm not sure what the circumstances were.
