$0.15 is far above the average of what we pay ComEd per kwh in Chicago.

Here are our running monthly prices so far this year. There hasn't even been a $0.035 /kWh month yet.

I wonder if this price difference exists across the US....... I don't have a problem with it - I'm just wondering.
You are on the hourly pricing program. The rates are different. Non hourly is more like $0.10-$0.12/kWh. Tesla stated that the rates would be slightly above the state average rate. Still much cheaper then gas, but more expensive so people dont choose to use the SC rather than home.

15¢/minute is a bargain here in SoCal for the very lowest priced CHAdeMO i've ever seen in 6+yrs of ev driving. That per minute charge works out to about to about the same price as your per kWh price, as the unit throttles down from 50kW to 33kW speed nearing 80% full.
