Ok. Is it your car , one from inventory? I said this because In Tesla Inventory have VIN above 162283 MX performance, 161409 MX 75D old version to sell. If yours was build in May/10, There something wrong, I think. Look at pictures.

Tesla does not build cars in strict order of VIN, if that is your concern.

I don't think VIN are sequential. They roughly are, but for instance I took delivery of my model 3 performance in October with a Vin of 074xxx while at the same time people were talking deliveries of 100xxx and my date of manufacture was only a couple weeks earlier at the same time as 100xxx deliveries.

Not from inventory, it’s a custom order. As said previously, not built in order of VIN. It took 45 days from order to production start. In fact, I’ve seen VINs in the 162,000 being built before mine even started. May have to do with the build configuration...
The new MVPA contains the DU03 new motor, SU03 adaptive suspension and APH4 Full Self Driving hardware 3 codes. It’s a performance six seater build.
Ok. Those concerns happened because Tesla aren't "Transparent " with us. To me all off this are madness and sadness. We order a car which there's no information at all. We have " to buy the cow for the photo". Where are all transparency and care with buyers, all of us are in the same boat, desperately searching for information, with each other, and making assumptions and cheering for this and that, being of Tesla's obligation, to tell us all this. I'm very disappointed.

Unless you are talking about the Y, you can go to a gallery and see the cars. As for level of information, sure as an engineer type, I'd love more details, but Tesla is better off disseminating as little as possible.
My VIN has different starting letters and Tesla confirmed it's a new build.

The 9th digit is the check character for the full VIN, your first 8 digits are normal. 10th and 11th are KF fir a 2019 Fremont build.

Nope. Mine is 159xxx. Haven't taken delivery yet (expected on May 23) however both my delivery specialist and owner advisor have confirmed my vehicle is the newest build with the updated suspension, etc.
My only guess regarding VIN numbers is it has to do with the 9th digit.
My 9th digit is "0". When I look at all of the inventory on Tesla, the primary changes are in the 9th digit. It was confirmed by EV-CPO that Tesla doesn't build in sequential VIN order.
