Anyone received delivery of 2019 'Raven' Refresh?

I actually got a call from my DS to inform me my car (from March - Performance) wouldn't have the ordered cooled/ventilated seats, but rather normal seats 'as they received countless complaints about the ventilated seats'. Production was at the exact same time as Luisito. Guess my seats went to his car!!

Well, the original ventilated seats on my 2016 are quite useless, but I was given to understand that the newer ones in the performance models actually worked pretty well.

If you're using Chrome on desktop, right-click your Account page once you've selected your X, choose View Page Source, and Ctrl+F search for 5YJ. You should see your VIN. If you're on mobile, edit the page's URL to insert view-source: in front of the https.
Thanks. This is what I found on the source: showInsuranceBlockInNextSteps":false,"vin":"5YJXXXXXXX182889","insuredVIN":null, Hopefully this mean the car is in production.

I bought a pre raven 2019 performance inventory a few days ago that had the ventilated seats - they work really well, very happy with them BUT I’m hoping I didn’t make a mistake not getting the raven updates. Especially the new suspension as I prefer a sporty responsive feel. I could still take this one back and pay the ~18k for the upgrades but would lose free supercharging and these seats

I say return it and get the raven. The Sport Mode is awesome - and sounds like you have a chance to possibly get the ventilated seats with a new Performance model

delivery delayed 4 times now. service center called the delivery people and they said my car still needs the new government sticker. when i asked why some got the sticker and others not he didn't have an answer. ordered April 9th. haven't paid yet because i really want to see first to make sure it's a complete raven. wondering if paying beforehand would speed up this magic bs sticker / delivery?

Note to self: Verify the sticker matches the car before signing.

Congrats!

I also got the 7 seater. Though I wasn’t able to see a 7 seat in showroom. I had heard they can be difficult to use for little kids so I was expecting that. Overall, though the 2nd row bench is not as smooth as the Honda Odyssey we came from, our 10 and 8 year olds are able to operate them without too much difficulty from the right side which is the 40 split and less heavy.

Yes, moving of the 2nd row is not as easy as a minivan. Also, my delivery specialist did not show me how to correctly move the second row to get into the 3rd. What he showed me was to fold the seat then slide forward. When you do this, the seat does not slide all the way forward so there is no space to step in (you would have to step on the folded seat to get in).

The correct way is to use the button on the seat (like the button on the 3rd row seats - located on the outboard shoulder). This folds the seat half way then the seat can be slid all the way forward leaving floor space to step into the 3rd row.

We are very happy with the 7 seat config. There is plenty of room in the 3rd row - even for me at 5’10”. Even sliding the 2nd row forward halfway gives both the 2nd and 3rd row passengers plenty of leg room. There is also plenty of headroom (something I was worried about).

That being said, my 8 and 5 year old kids can get themselves out of the 3rd row without difficulty. Now I just need to keep them away from the falcon wing doors when they open...
