Just got word from Unplugged Performance that the fires in so California are causing delays in distribution. Sounds reasonable. They are upgrading my shipping at no extra cost due to the delay. Should receive the coil overs tomorrow or Saturday, worse case.
Amazing customer service from a relatively small company. Sure they are a bit slow to reply at times to email. I’d suspect they fill many roles working for Unplugged; technician, customer service, etc. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the company. They stand behind their product, and they work hard to ensure their customers are satisfied. Can’t ask much more than that. No bull, just good *sugar*.
