I know the popular thing is to upsize the wheels to a forged 20" or 21" wheel to keep the unsprung weight from getting too carried away, but a forged 19" would be even better since the tires are also lighter. Goal is a wheel/tire package under 50 pounds. Poring over the search results for 19" wheels didn't leave me with any hits though. Anyone else running nice forged 19" wheels?
@beatle I'm running the 19" Titan S-5 forged wheels with summer tires AND original 18" OEM wheels with Nokian winter tires There was a group buy last year on the tesla motor club forum. Titan 7 Forged Wheels - Forged For All

If you find a better deal for full forged lifetime guarantee 19 X 9 in +35 wheel offset with 64.1 Center Bore & 5 X120 PCD, let me know, I am open to look at other options. I don't want spacers or center rings or any mods, just direct bolt-on.
Here is another mono block forged option almost same price: www.getyourwheels.com/view-wheel/vs-forged/vs-forged-vs02, I just can't find a weight on these.
After much research I opted for the Tsportline 19" Arachnid replicas for weight and price especially since I wanted to run a ultra high performance allseason tire for year 'round use in Colorado. They're super light and look really nice on the car. I've posted up plenty of pics of how they look and I don't even notice the difference between the 19" and 21" visually. They also ride MUCH better than the 21" that were previously on there. Take a look at them and if you're interested private message me for a referral code for $50 off.
They look promising and relatively lightweight, though I may want to stick with silver (still undecided). It seems like they are only available in black and space grey (gunmetal).
Here is our 1/4 record P100D with fully forged Signature Wheel SV104 Spec: 19x8 ET20 square using factory 245/45/19 tire (customer want more tire protection and ultimate weight reduction) Weight: 19.2lb each We can build you a set in any spec to fit your goal/ purpose, we also offer 20+ finishes included the silver you prefer, send me a message if you are interested.
I don’t know. But I really want these. I got quotes from others that were $1000 more and I can’t stomach that for wheels. Especially when you can buy Arachnids with rubber for less than $3K
I was really hoping to find the titan 7s in something not 19s but ended up ordering 20" bc forged wheels during black friday. Just waiting for winter to pass so I can throw them on. I picked the RZ21 because they are similar design to the titans and look like the signature wheels posted above. prices for custom built is hard to beat and includes shipping. the lack of decent vendors on here I ended up ordering mine off the lexus forum I'm also a member on but pkautodesign is the company I purchased thru. Super helpful guys and had prices below listed on bc's site.
19″ DIAMETER STARTING AT $3450 SHIPPED A SET, that still $700 more the the Titan7's before you even add a finish or a custom fitment and BC Forged don't come with a lifetime warranty. They also charge $200 per set for Knurled Bead Seats, which are standard on other wheels (Titan7, I am sure others too, but I would have to look) All BC Forged wheels carry a 3 year structural warranty and 1 year finishing warranty. How much do they weight, why are they flow forming the barrels? Interesting that they have some in stock for the Model 3, but again no specs, no weight, no production details. 19″ RZ05 – Tesla Model 3 | BC Forged North America What does this mean? FLOW FORGING, Monoblock Wheel Skirt & Modular Barrels
Yea but almost all the finishes you can get in the monoblock don't cost anything additional and you can get any width and offset you want. also I paid less than that shipped for 20" wheels.
Does it concern you that they aren't mono block? They are pressing the facing into a pre-made barrel and fusing it.
Thats the modular wheel design. Most multi piece wheels are designed like that where the face is bolted onto the barrel. Their faq has good info on the manufacturing process.
