Anyone taking delivery this week?

Aloha All,
It appears the light at the end of the tunnel is close and I will be taking delivery this coming week on September 18th. Is there anyone else taking delivery this coming week? I was told be the Delivery Specialist that they will be dropping the car off at my home. With the acceptance process taking place in my home, Am I provided time to perform a detailed walk around or does the Telsa rep show up and wait until I sign and provide them the check?

I'd recommend doing the initial walk-around while they're on-site, but you have 7 days to report any findings.

They are going to be busy since they can only do home drop offs during this time. Have them show you how to submit pictures for any issues. There is a photo limit, so learn how to picollage and pdf multiple pictures for one upload pic.

Aloha and Mahalo for your feedback and checklist. It’s been a long 3 months of waiting (I know I’m preaching to the choir). I’m really looking forward to taking delivery and can’t wait to take it out for a drive.

I’ve not seen many/if any red on white M3s around, so I’m kind of happy to not have such a popular combo

Took delivery of my white Y on the 17th!

I received a voicemail today from someone at Tesla following up on my deferred order and asking if I wanted to take delivery now, as the next Model Y shipment to Hawaii won't be until December.

Not sure if that was just an end-of-quarter push, or if it's true that they aren't expecting any more until December.
