I estimate that only a tiny fraction of all Roadster owners have ever removed the ESS themselves. So the chance of having any of that very small group of owners respond within a few days of your post is low.
And of course, not having a publicly available service manual further reduces the likelihood that owners will try to do their own Roadster repairs.
At this point, many years after Roadster production has ended, it seems likely that Tesla will not release a service manual.
