Anyone useing the vredestein hypertrac 255/45/20?

Looking at getting the vredestein hypertrac in 255/45/20 size. I know this fits the MYLR7 Has anyone compared it to the Quatrac pro? Ride comfort and noise?

I live in MD and snow isn't a big deal. I don't mind the speedo being a bit off, but I am concerned about how many miles the tires can get, noise and comfort level. I see a lot of positive reviews on the Quatrac pro but not much on the Hypertrac on Teslas.

Reason why I am considering the Hypertrac over Quatrac is price and availability. Any feedback is appreciated.
