Anyone using RFT 245/40/19 on their 19" wheels

Just took delivery of my Model 3 last week with 19" wheels.
My tire spec is 235/40/19.
Went to discount tire to get the tire protection.
What really bothers me is that, the car doesn't come with a spare tire so I asked Discount Tire to put a note to change it RFT when it's time for my tire change due.

Is there a range drop on a 245/40/19.
Any cons of putting a Run Flat on my Model 3?

I’m running 245/49/19. Zero issues or noticeable range changes. Tire compound has a larger effect. I wouldn’t use runflats. Keep a compressor and a plug kit in the car, it will have you 90% of the time.
