Anyone waiting for a rear view camera replacement?

My rear view camera has been black and not working almost since the day I got my Model Y. Service diagnosed its not a software thing but needs the hardware replaced. Well apparently the part is still not in stock since December 2020. Curious if anyone is waiting for a back up camera too? Its ridiculous they say there is nothing they can do and its a pain to reverse with that poor rear visibility of the Y.

That’s a safety issue. Start a lemon lemon complaint. They’ll find a replacement part very quickly.

That's a tough one, that camera is essential (IMO) for safe reversing in the MY. Hope you get this fixed quickly, I'd be pretty frustrated myself.
