AP 2.5 -> FSD waiting time

Model A, 12/2018, AP 2.5. bought FSD software 8 days ago. When and how I will get FSD hardware? The service center told me last week that I should wait for the invite.

Yes, schedule using your appt using your phone app, the parts need to be ordered specifically for 2.5 hardware and sent to the service center that you selected. AP2.5 needs to be one at a service center. Sometimes it takes a while to get the parts. Highly recommend the MCU2 upgrade. Worth it. Congrats on FSD.

Be prepared to have your appointment cancelled for no reason. Just happened to me today. Scheduled 3 weeks ago. They cancelled it today, 4 days prior to the appointment, because they had to "order the parts." And then I get another call a few hours later saying, "Hey we have your parts in...when would you like to schedule your upgrade? We're scheduling 3 weeks out right now"
