AP 2 - front camera failure - still can drive?

I'm wondering about what will happen when someone:

1 - falls asleep and
2 - a giant bug kills itself on her/his front camera

Theoretically the car should be able to use radar and the rest of the cameras to at least slow down and limp off to the side of the road without crashing - should the alarm bells fail to wake them. Right?

That would be some bug. To be clear the wiper and wiper spray will clean the windshield if you're not incapacitated. The combo of squirrel sized insect hitting the top center of the windshield and being out seems almost so unlikely as to not require discussion but eventually Tesla should get us auto wipers which should solve this.

If you have those two unlikely things occur at the same time I think someone is trying to say it's your time.
