So, is anyone else still getting an unknown error with the app? It started with a notification last evening that some maintenance was being done. Just checked at 7am this morning and I'm still unable to use the app.

Had the same issue last night (checking after the tweet). Then checked in after the "back working" tweet, was working (11:45 am GMT+2). Now (2:30 pm GMT+2) just checked in and no dice, "unknown error".
Haven’t been able to use it since yesterday. Wasn’t a huge inconvenience because my hotel room was near the car, so I just walked out to check on charging. These things happen. Hopefully they can get the thing working and maybe add some fallback capability
Maybe they are working on the update that “allows owners to open the two trunks remotely”! We can do this already. Perhaps what they mean is that the trunks will automatically open as you approach. But what if you only want the doors to unlock?
It was working for me briefly this morning, but it's back down. It's been mostly offline since Saturday morning at around 8:15 AM PDT. C'mon Tesla, get it together!
Mine is working as of 15:25 April 22 in Victoria BC. Back in Ottawa after our ASIA trip next Tuesday.
I'm glad that they seem to have stabilized the system. I feel for the programmers and staff who had to firefight it through - been there and done that.
