App Connectivity issues, suggestions?

My app is stuck on "Last updated on September 2, 2019" (four days ago). The status bar at the bottom just spins and spins.

All the functions seem to work, like unlocking, opening frunk/trunk, phone key, climate control, etc.

But it won't show me how much of a charge I have and the car is "greyed out".

Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

The widget also no longer works at all.

I'm on iPhone. Previously worked flawlessly with zero issues.

Any suggestions?

I should mention that this is the official Tesla app

I had the same after the last software update. September 2nd....
Log out of your app and back in. Solved it for me.

There was a note or an email or something that indicated if you had issues after the last update to log out and log back in again.

Make sure you have your key handy.
