App connectivity

    Our2018 MX is not connecting to the app on the iPhone. This began after we set up the Wi Fi.
    Is this common and how can we resolve it

    Have you tried deleting your Wi-Fi access point from the car's list of known APs to see if the problem goes away? That sounds like the car isn't able to reach Tesla's servers through your home Internet connection for some reason (e.g. blocked ports, broken DNS, etc.).

    Edit: I also seem to remember that there was some sort of API access outage about a week ago. If the problem went away on its own, maybe it was further fallout from that.
