App is getting 500 server error. Cant connect.

Surely PhoneKey still works???

I have a key fob, but it stopped working this morning forcing me to rely on the app to get through the day. Perfect storm.

Absolutely rediculous that I paid 2x more for my 2020 model s over the model 3 and we still don’t have passive entry and start. Musk said it was coming in 2018. This is what happens when you have a car-tech company has their hands in too many projects.

I am sitting in a parking lot in NJ trying to vpn somewhere else but still getting 500. That means it’s down everywhere.

Your phone keys work on Bluetooth. They shouldn't need the app to unlock. If they do, there's something wrong with your phone key unrelated to the outage currently happening.

Not for model s or x - they don’t have the phone key feature .. should have saved 60k and bought the model s
