App is not working

Can access the car on the app since this morning. What do you do if the app is not working. Do you relogin, reinstall or just wait hoping that the problem will go away.

I can access the app but can't access the vehicle. Can't see the current status, preheat or do anything else to the car.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Reinstalled and that fixed it. Sometimes turning airplane mode on and then off again on your phone works too.

rebooting your car will fix it if the issue was on your cars side

You chill and stop bothering the car, let it sleep it off.

I signed out from and app and sign in back it didn't help, but then after an hour or so the problem was gone. No idea what was the reason.

It happens all the time. I've had this recurrent problem for a year now. I asked numerous times to the rangers, service center...etc. Bottom line, they don't have a fix. Let's put it this way. It is like a computer. It is not 100% reliable. Same thing.

Gotta be phone-specific. I've had my 3 for a year and a half and after the early days of slow wakeup which they solved, I've never had an issue. Even across multiple phones - iPhone 8+ before, iPhone X now.

I have iPhone XS Max. Had similar issue but for a short period of time, this last one was for half of the day.
