App login issues?

I was able to connect to the car this morning to preheat it - but ever since then. I am unable to connect to it via the app. I have tried moving the car - thinking it was location issue (which I know couldn't be as I park in the same spot at work everyday) but still no luck.

I have tried to call the service center - and they have tried to poke it, but still unable to connect.

I have now POWERED OFF the car using the control screen -

but any tips? ideas?

Yesterday it worked in AM, went out midday, worked this morning, and is now out again in the middle of the day (SF, CA area). Occurs using the Tesla app or using the Remote S app. I was just looking at one of the Facebook Tesla Sites and people are reporting it out all over US and a Europe.

I have been having this problem off-and-on for a few days (though I just took delivery on Friday evening). I can't seem to access my car at the moment.

More severely, amidst these issues: My wife, using my account, logged in on Sunday evening with her iPhone app and saw someone's white Model X in Langley, BC rather than our own Model S in the Seattle area. We could, at least according to the app, flash the lights, honk the horn etc. We did so (once each) hoping they would notice and check the various Tesla forums for just this message. I can't imagine if a more malicious person got access and could use the app to summon the vehicle...

I have a screenshot of this - I'll post it later when I get home (and after I redact the owner's exact address, which we could also see).

App still not working. Shows last updated 1:53 am... the time my charging notification says it completed.

Nothing working since then.

Note: no other app that accesses my Tesla is working either.
