App shows gray bar charge indicator when charging at home.

The charging stats show gray bars as "other" when charging at home.
In the app on both my wife's phone and my phone, our home address is correct. In the car it is also correct.
I have already closed the app several times on both my phone and wifes phone, I also made sure to do them at the same time then reboot the phones.

Any ideas?

Could you drop a screenshot please? I think this may be caused by how you set your electricity provider.

The Blue graph was before I set our home address. Weird part is I noticed it showed our next door neighbors address before I updated to our address. When I updated to our correct address is when eveything started to be Gray. We are in SMUD service in Sacramento County.

If you lookup your address in Google maps does the pin show up close to where you park? It could be off which is why your car showed it was parked at your neighbors house.

Google maps indrop is correct.
Let me try and park on the other side (FAR left) of the driveway and see it it makes a change.
