I finally got it done. Just went into OC tint shop and asked if they had any PPV in the trash. They had a piece in the trash.
And I did try peel off the HOV sticker from the PPV at one point, it already left that void residue behind. So good thing it leaves that residue on the PPV instead the car. And I was able to reposition them and take it off, and it still sticks good without any residue or tear.
