I find it interesting that the AMD chip is still currently being delivered. What does it take to get Ryzen? Is it random or contrained supply?

AMD is the company, Ryzen is the product. Just like Tesla is the company, and Model Y is the product.

Just received a text from Tesla about getting a non-obligatory trade-in offer associated with our MYP purchase. We let them know that we don't have anything to trade-in so hopefully our MYP purchase will progress expeditiously with a VIN assignment soon .

Assuming that means December'ish, the swing of 6 months in just one week might not mean much at all. Or it might. Kinda confused how their plans are all over the 2023 calendar like that.
