Are Canadians still getting Model 3s right now?

First timer, didnt think this deserved its own thread so I'll post it here with hopes that it gets some views.

I reached out to a Tesla store rep inquiring about LR RWD (off menu) 04/12/2019. I was told I'd have to either buy from existing inventory (slim pickings) or purchase an AWD from the website and they would change it to RWD on their backend (8 weeks eta). My rep told me that there was a "special" that autopilot would be included free for the inventory vehicles, so I jumped and placed my order.

Receive my order confirmation email and no "autopilot included" so I immediately call back and am told "don't worry, we will do it on delivery". Considering that the deposit is refundable until delivery, I decide to trust the rep and proceed with my order.

04/13/2019 Receive a call from the rep stating that he was incorrect and that AP would not apply to my inventory LR RWD 3 and I would have to pay an additional $4,000 if I wanted it enabled (talk about bait and switch). I told him I would think about it and get back to him.

Today I noticed the following on my "Tesla My Account":

As you can see, Autopilot is not included in my "build details" and I have the "Upgrade to Autopilot" option however once there, it claims I have autopilot included and the only upgrade available is FSD.

I'd reach out to my rep, but he clearly has no clue. Hoping to gain some insight from your experiences.

Just an update for anyone waiting for the LR RWD, I confirmed with my delivery advisor today that they will not be adjusting pricing on these cars, as it was not updated with the rest of the lineup. It also does not have AP bundled in the price like the rest of the 3 lineup, it is considered a separate option. Because of this, the most they were willing to adjust my price was $700 to account for the new paint prices.

I felt for this price it was worth the extra $2k to upgrade to LR AWD. They were able to find one in my exact config in Calgary, and should have it at Lawrence early next week. So to update my timeline: Ordered April 10, order revised to LR AWD April 15, delivery scheduled April 26th!

Still waiting for my LR AWD, in Calgary too lol! Ordered on March 17th. Very disappointing to still not have it, I wish I could say it's random but Tesla has screwed up my order multiple times.

Ordered 4/8, VIN assigned late on 4/11, MVPA nor Tesla’s website mention anything about autopilot. Clicking the “upgrade autopilot” button also shows me that it is included with my car, and the sales associate confirmed it as well.

AFIAK the “upgrade autopilot” button still shows the up charge for customers who purchased the SR variant. I would say it’s safe to assume at this point that Tesla didn’t bother updating the website to show autopilot included on the LR RWD since it’s only available to order in store. Since the customer facing portal shows it’s included, it should come with the car.

Figured this is the place to post my situation. I placed my order on Mar.17 for a LR RWD red/black, Aero, no AP. Tesla account has been updated with a delivery date of tomorrow (April 17) with a VIN assigned 32XXXX. I contacted my delivery specialist in Montreal to get a price adjustment for the paint. Still waiting to hear back from her.

So sounds like you do have 'Autopilot' included in the price, but not full-self driving. Assuming you did not pay an extra $4000 for autopilot, this looks like they delivered the car they promised.

I refuse to believe that as I have heard of other members receiving price adjustments. I have a VIN assigned to me but haven't picked up yet. She said she'll get back to me again. Who knows how long I'll have to wait to hear back from her again.

I can feel your pain. I've been waiting for delivery for about a week now (peanuts compared to some...) I'm told that there is a hold up with the contracts dept??? Car is physically in Montreal, but DS tells me I can't pick it up there because of policies. So, i'm literally in limbo, and my DS self-admittedly is too.

Finally taking delivery today in Vancouver. LR RWD Blue/Black 19" FSD. Got VIN yesterday with delivery today. Originally ordered MR March 2 and changed to LR on March 20th after the MR was discontinued. Hopefully others on the west coast will see theirs soon as well.

I have not gotten a price adjustment on mine. $2000 for blue paint still.

I don’t believe it was ever stated that the paint price and autopilot price reductions applied to the discontinued LR RWD.

Pretty excited! Taking delivery this Saturday of 2019 Model 3 LR AWD, 18 Aero, Black/Black at Montréal store. Can't wait My delivery specialist said the car arrive today in Montréal. As mentionned before: VIN 5YJ3E1EB7KF26XXXX; ordered end of January but asked to receive after March 10th so technically just been waiting for a month or so
