Are Gen 3 Wall Connectors OCCP compliant?

I'm looking into the EVSE installation rebate program with Tucson Electric Power. For Open ChargePoint Protocol (OCCP) compliant EVSE's they offer $500, and non-compliant gets $250. I don't suppose the Gen 3 Wall Connector would support this, would it? Thanks
