Not yet. 2018.10.1 is the latest firmware for M3, and it doesn’t seem to have the same NN as 10.4. Hope it gets it soon, though!

Unlikely. if they needed EAP to be a differentiator, they could have not offered it. or built the 3 without all that hardware.

And given how the media is always out for blood when it comes to AutoPilot, Tesla should get that update out to all cars ASAP.
