Are there any wrecked Model 3 AWD LR around?

I'm looking for a front wiring harness for a Model 3 AWD LR (specifically ASY, HARN,FRONT,AP/EU,RHD,AWD,COIL 2567964-87-B).
Tesla Australia seem unable to locate this part. Anyone know where I can source it?
