I think they're having some IT issues. I freaked out when I didn't see the reservation, but when I asked my friend who has a Model 3, the app shows he doesn't have a car.

It's probably because all of us are refreshing the page too much

Mine is there, but mine is ready to be designed (and I'm an owner)... Sometimes it's a little flaky, I'd wait an hour or so and check again.

Same thing happened to me, then it came back, then it went away again. I am waiting for my VIN and the "Page Monitor" extension has been dinging all day - each time I get my hope up a little bit.

Back to normal now. I got excited for a split second thinking maybe I got a VIN, then freaked out when I didnt see my reservation. Still no VIN
