    1) It's not in any way indecipherable. It's Chinese. Very easy to decipher in 2018.
    2) It's clearly spam. Cleaning that up is on the moderators.

    Just click the REPORT button and a mod that can handle them will take care of the spam.

    I see a mod has warned the user and removed some of the spam posts. I just reported another one and gave more information so hopefully they will go ahead and remove all of them at once.

    I hit the user with the spam hammer.

    Have done that to a dozen users today. Probably all the same guy. Please let me know if you see more of that garbage.

    Thanks for nuking them! I think a new circle of hell is deserved for spammers. There are worse crimes against humanity, but not many.

    BTW, I started a thread in Site Feedback about this.
