Ariens AMP Rider EV riding mower (100% electric)
It's not a Tesla, but I figured someone here might be interested
This is the Ariens AMP Rider, a US-made 100% electric riding mower. It has a 34" deck with two direct drive 1.7HP brushless DC motors, one per blade, and a hydrostatic drive powered by a 4HP brushless DC motor. Goes up to 5 mph forward and 2.5 mph in reverse (the blades cut-off automatically when you back-up)
I rebuilt the battery pack with new batteries in 2013 just before we moved to the desert of California, so I have mowed fewer than 10 times since?they were new. They run like new and give up to 60 minutes of mowing (depending on terrain, grass thickness and moisture).

You can mow with the removable bag attached, or loosen a couple of nuts to remove the adapter and go with the regular side discharge.
Also includes a new mulching kit with block-off plate and mulching blades.
The automatic 120V charger recharges the battery pack in 8-12 hours (depending on how far down you run the batteries).
The blade motors cut-off automatically when battery power gets low so you have enough juice to drive back to the charger.
Overall it's in very good condition, with just a few scrapes and dings. The right tab on the rear cover is broken (see picture) but it doesn't affect operation at all.
*** IMPORTANT *** If you won't be picking it up yourself (I'm in Victorville, CA north of Los Angeles) you will have to?work with me to arrange for shipping at your expense: the asking price **DOES NOT** include shipping. The mower alone weighs 530 lbs; the charger, bag kit and mulch kit will add some weight too. The mower is 61" L x 45" W x 42" T.
