Arkansas or North Dakota, which will be last?

ND is so forgotten about Elon Tweeted you can supercharge anywhere across the USA while ND is one giant dead zone. You can make it about 50 miles in from the East (From Baxter MN) before being out, and about 70 miles in from the southwest corner (out of Rapid City SD) and that's it. Nothing on i-94. Only 2 years late based on the 2014 supercharger map. But again, love the car, love the company, best service from any auto company ever (Eden Prairie, MN SC), but dang, they did not keep up with superchargers in the north.

Arkansas has one (1) Supercharger, sufficient to at least get through the state on I-30/I-40.

North Dakota and Hawaii have none (0) but there at least plans.

Alaska is the poor boy with none and none scheduled.

In my analysis, Puerto Rico will become a state and have Superchargers before North Dakota and Fort Stockton TX.
