You may only vaguely recall all of the FUD parade details released this past Summer, but do you remember this gem from July? SolarCity/Tesla was supposed to have inflated sales "in order to justify an unreasonably high valuation."

Ars Technica did some digging on the plaintiff and it's amazing what they found. Kudos to Ars for demolishing this fraud! Quality journalism!

Glad they shut down SolarCity's sales operation...

Wow. I feel like I need a shower after reading that. It astounds me that someone could be that shifty, time and time again.

Tesla/SolarCity need to do a better job of weeding people out like this before hiring them.

I can see now how Elon could call someone like Martin Tripp "a horrible human being." This Staples guy sounds the same.
