Tesla update forks features for Model 3s built pre/post April 2019 - Electrek
Really badly written article, hard to read, basically his complaint is that users who purchased EAP "enhanced autopilot" and have HW2 don't get a particular traffic cone visualization.
Then you have 3 long paragraphs about the history of FSD and ends with the statement "Instead, they have to purchase the FSD bundle (which is increasing in price indeterminately) if they want to ensure their already paid-for software features remain up to date."
That is followed by 4 paragraphs that are mostly nonsensical complaining. The short version is he thinks Tesla should offer the HW3 chip for sale, apart from FSD because it doesn't have the traffic cone visualization.
