Any way to enhance acceleration?

While I utterly love the P100D 0-60 acceleration, I do wish it had more horsepower at the higher speeds. As a muscle car guy, aftermarket goofballs could always mess with an ICE and get to stupid power and I'm curious if that is even an option or a, "coming" option.

Apologies if this is a silly question, but power-hungry retards, like myself, want to know...

There have been some "tuners" that have reprogramed for pushing the battery and the motors pass the standard heat/ battery optimization limits . this have been on rebuilt cars, as they are some times blacklisted and don't get SW improvements. closest thing on a warranty car is the model 3 " track mode" which opens up the top end a bit and allows more sustained run time before limiting the battery and motors . at the moment that isn't available to existing model S's but I could see it coming s the 3's show it doesn't kill the systems .
