Why do you assume you can't have the connection there near your carport? I see grass and a bush right there at the nose end of your car just off the cement. So you could put in a mounting post there if needed. And that walkway from the house to the carport looks like just placed cement paving stones. I don't see why this situation couldn't put in a trench/conduit with wires under the sidewalk or next to that sidewalk out to your carport. Then, you could have a wall connector mounted on a post in the yard or on the post supporting the carport. That's what I was already figuring before seeing pictures, and this makes it look pretty reasonable.Above are the photos. The Y will be parked in that spot and the distance between that spot and where the 240V plug will be is 25 feet.
Is there anything I can do besides an extension cord?
