I have seen a few threads that make note of a potential connection, but haven't found a specific thread to this (post link if I am wrong).
There seems to be a common issue recently in that AT&T users are unable to connect to their car through the Tesla app through cell service (not wifi). The app tries to connect for several minutes and either just keeps going or a Network Error prompt pops up. We are thus unable to remotely warm up the car, check battery, etc.
This issue is new to me since I starting using an iPhone 12. Not sure if there is a correlation there, or coincidental.
As soon as I turn on Wifi, the app is able to connect to the car.
I have tried uninstalling the app, re-signing in, to no avail.
Anyone having the same experience? I have not yet tried calling AT&T directly, I assume this would be a dead end.
