At what point did power lift gate become standard

I can't seem to find an answer as to when the power lift gate became a standard feature. I'm looking at inventory cars and am not sure if premium is required for power lift gate.

I had a 2013 MS60 (very early production) and it had a power liftgate.

In April 2015, the power liftgate was bundled with the premium package that included other features people didn't necessarily want. Prior to that, it was apparently part of the tech package, which almost everyone got.

In April 2017, around the time the 60 was dropped, the power liftgate became a standard feature.

Not sure those dates are a guarantee of the features that any particular inventory car was built with, though.
