How did power company approve such an over capability? PG&E is 110% and the company that helped told them I am getting an electric vehicle so I could use 17 panels, max out my 20A breaker.

Reason #13,534 I'm glad I'm not serviced by the evil company called PG&E
I did have to sign a letter for SCE saying that I expected my usage to increase over the next year.
