audible and iphone

trying to play audible app through bluetooth from my iphone. Doesnt seem to work. No sound in car.

I use mine in my S. I doubt this is the issue, but the volume slider on the audible app does matter, so make sure it is up all the way.

Can you play other bluetooth sources from your phone (spotify,Podcasts, etc).
It could be
1) the volume control on the app
2) the volume control on your iphone,
3) The volume control on the car stereo.

Not sure if you would have the same success but look at posts 5 and 6 in this thread. Hopefully that helps fix this issue.

Maybe wishful thinking, but hoping one day Amazon apps like Amazon Music, Audible, etc. become available just like Spotify just recently did for NA. or maybe even some Alexa integration?

I've noticed the iOS Audible app will occasionally freak out when I first open it and try to play something over Bluetooth. The pause/play button appears to be spammed, it's constantly being toggled and nothing will play. I have to tap pause/play once or twice to get it to stop, then one more time to actually play something.

I listen to lectures on my iPhone and frequently like to rewind a bit. I am just planning to start listening to books on Audible when I drive. The iPhone app allows a you to touch a button that rewinds 30 seconds--but it doesn't show up on the screen on my Model Y. I can pause touching the screen, but not rewind. Is there a way to achieve a rewind touching the screen? I can reach down and touch the phone to rewind,, but that is much more dangerous while driving.
